The Shadow of the Cross

11 Feb

In  Shadow of  Darkness,

Sun Risen Top- A -Th- Day.

Came Words…it is finished.

And People Began To Say;

Could It Be True? Unspeakable!!!

This Thing We Have Done.

For Truly this Man is the Son of God…

God’s Only Begotten Son.

From Long Ago and Far Away.

If  One Listens,

Those Words, They May Hear Us Say.

But,  If  They Close Their  Eyes,

Counting Sheep Becomes counted Cost…

And It Is Their Own Tears They’ll Hear With Mine.

Beneath that Rugged Cross.

Billy Graham used to say if we knowingly and willingly commit sin, we recrucify the Christ. If we merely fail to incorporate the Spirit we recruify the Christ.

Very thought provoking words, that inspire contemplation. Thank-you Paul.
A part of one of my favourite quotes by Marianne Williamson… “We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in all of us. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.” I admire that about you. Keep writing, Mands

Amen, it was definitely for all who will believe.

      Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

      Galatians 3:28
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

That was awesome! Thank you for sharing your faith and God bless you as we each (the believers/followers) continue our walk with the Lord. And may everyone find peace and comfort in Him and believe in and honor Him before it’s too late for them.
