Give you my acoustic it needs fret board repair,, third fret high is muting….. by the way nice pictures and guitar…

It probably just needs tapping in, or filing down — unless the neck is warped out a bit.. other than that, one fret is nothing to fret…they sell a rather cheap fret dresser kit these days.
